CANCELLATION POLICY

At Baybee, we value your trust and are committed to delivering safe, high-quality products for your little ones. While every order is carefully inspected before dispatch, unforeseen issues may arise. To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, please review our Cancellation Policy below:

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.

  • How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please email us at care@baybee.co.in with your order details.

  • After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.

  • In-Transit or At Delivery: If cancellation is requested while the product is in transit or at the time of delivery, applicable courier charges (₹500 – ₹2500) will be deducted and borne by the customer.

Baybee-Initiated Cancellations

In rare circumstances, Baybee may need to cancel your order due to:

  • Stock unavailability or inventory issues

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Fraudulent or suspicious order activity

In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued where applicable.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed in the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after your cancellation has been confirmed.

  • Refund Confirmation: You will receive an email notification once the refund has been initiated.

  • Payment Gateway Delays: Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take a few additional days to reflect in your account.
