Hi Baybee India team,

I wanted to share my feedback on the Baybee 2 in 1 Silicone Teether for Baby that I recently purchased from your store. I received the order 14 days ago and have been using the teether with my baby.

I would rate my experience with a 3-star rating. While I appreciate the quality of the product and its safety features, I was a bit disappointed that I received the teether in blue color instead of the pink color that I had ordered. Additionally, I found it inconvenient that I had to reach out to customer support to inquire about tracking details as they were not provided proactively.

Overall, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of order accuracy and communication. Despite these issues, the teether itself is of good quality and my baby seems to enjoy using it.
