🛒 Orders & Payments
1. How do I place an order on Baybee?
Browse our website, add your desired products to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay via UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or EMI. For help, call us at 8015527083 or email care@baybee.co.in.
2. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. To cancel, email care@baybee.co.in immediately with your order number. Courier charges of ₹500–₹2,500 apply if cancelled in transit or at delivery.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and 0% EMI via Snapmint. Use coupon code WELCOME for 5% off your first order.
4. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
COD availability depends on your pin code and order value. Check availability at checkout when entering your delivery address.
5. Can I use a coupon code at checkout?
Yes! Enter your coupon code in the discount field at checkout. Use WELCOME for 5% off sitewide on your first order.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
6. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping is available across India on all orders above ₹299 for non-returnable products.
7. How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 7–14 working days. Orders placed before 1 PM on business days are usually dispatched the same day. Orders on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
8. How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also visit the Track Your Order page on our website or email care@baybee.co.in with your order number.
9. Which courier partners do you use?
We ship via BlueDart, FedEx, Delhivery, and other reputed courier partners depending on your location.
🔄 Returns, Replacements & Warranty
10. What is your return policy?
Baybee does not accept returns after delivery except in cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage. Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video to care@baybee.co.in.
11. What is your replacement policy?
If your product has a manufacturing defect or arrived damaged, we will arrange a free replacement. Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery by emailing care@baybee.co.in with your order number and photos.
12. What warranty do Baybee products carry?
Most products carry a 6–12 month manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Check individual product pages for specific terms.
13. How do I raise a warranty claim?
Email care@baybee.co.in with your order number, product name, issue description, and clear photos or a short video. Our team responds within 24–48 working hours.

14. Are Baybee products safe for newborns?
Yes. All Baybee products are designed with infant safety as the top priority. Our products use non-toxic, BPA-free materials and are tested to comply with applicable safety standards.
15. Are your products BIS / IS certified?
Baybee products are safety-tested and comply with applicable Indian and international safety standards. Specific certifications (BIS, CE, etc.) are listed on individual product pages. Email care@baybee.co.in for certification queries.
16. Are the materials non-toxic and child-safe?
Yes. We use food-grade, BPA-free, non-toxic plastics and fabrics in all products that contact babies. All paints and coatings are non-toxic and child-safe.

17. How do I choose the right product for my baby's age?
Use our Shop by Age section on the homepage — products are categorised for 0–1 Year, 1–2 Years, 2–4 Years, 4–8 Years, and 8+ Years. Each product page also displays the recommended age range.
18. Do battery-operated vehicles include a remote control?
Most Baybee battery-operated jeeps, bikes, and cars offer dual driving mode — manual by the child or parent-controlled via a 2.4GHz remote. Check the product description to confirm remote control inclusion for a specific model.
19. Do your products require assembly?
Some products (study tables, high chairs, walkers, battery-operated vehicles) require partial assembly. Instructions are included in the box — most assemblies take 10–20 minutes. Contact our support team if you need help.
💳 EMI & Offers
20. Is 0% EMI available?
Yes! We offer 0% EMI via Snapmint on UPI. Pay a portion upfront and the rest in easy monthly instalments with zero interest. The EMI option appears on eligible product pages and at checkout.
